Brief:

 

Design an innovative and inspirational small-scale pavilion for an activity related to your chosen plant. Activities could include production, ceremony, experience, making, growing, retail, eating, medicine, scientific exploration, culture, politics, activism, learning, or an activity you invent. Investigate your plant's uses: food, body products, medicinal, beverages, commercial goods, or healing.

Find a design concept to guide your development. Consider materials, structure, natural lighting, atmosphere, drama, spectacle, and the senses. The pavilion size depends on the activity and site context. The proposal should be an addition/insertion to the southern edge of Chelsea Physic Gardens, accessed through the Embankment Gate.
